We have an immediate need for a Construction Superintendent who specializes in restaurants, gyms, warehouses, and offices to join a well-established General Contractor in Santa Ana, CA. Requirements / Responsibilities for this Construction Superintendent includes:
- 5 + years of superintendent experience
- Experience with retail, restaurant, gyms, warehouses and offices ground up and renovation projects
- Knowledge of construction documents, schedules, and budget
- Ability to work with Project Manager and Project Assistant
- Create Safety Programs and make sure they are followed by subcontractors
- Review subcontractors daily report
- Work with inspection agencies as needed
Salary: Commensurate with experience.
