Requirements / Responsibilities for this Survey CAD Tech opportunity includes:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Must possess a valid Florida Driver's License and have own transportation to and from work
• Field experience working with a survey crew as well as previous experience
• Perform deed analysis and prepare working sketches
• Familiarity with the Florida Standards of Practice and the Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys 
• Visit sites to gather physical evidence and survey data as required from time to time

Salary: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
