We have an immediate need for a Facilities Manager Engineer with HVAC and MEP experience to join a well-established Real Estate firm in Los Angeles, CA.
Requirements / Responsibilities for this Facilities Manager Engineer opportunity includes:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Must have Covid Vaccination
- 5 + years technical building experience
- Knowledge of large office, mid-rise, and high-rise facilities
- Ability to repair, install, and maintain equipment throughout buildings
Salary: $120,000+ per year, commensurate with experience.
