As part of UDRI, this is a full time position to develop, deliver, and evaluate education and training programs. Applies US Air Force instructional system development (ISD) process. Compares individual knowledge and skills with job standards, and identifies education and training requirements. Develops objectives to meet Air Force academic, vocational, and technical standards. Sequences objectives; selects instructional design, method, and media; and identifies resource needs. Creates materials to support objectives. Develops tests and standards to measure individual abilities. Evaluates education and training programs, recommends actions to correct deficiencies and oversees evaluations and surveys.

This is for a position at Robins AFB, GA. This position is to provide structural engineering sustainment, including Aircraft Structural Integrity Program (ASIP) work, and structural repair.


Minimum Qualifications

R1 level minimum requirements:
Minimum educational qualification is a Bachelors Degree
Coursework in Civil, Mechanical, Aerospace, or Combined Engineering.
Candidate must have five years experience.
US Citizen

Additional R2 level minimum requirements:
A minimum of three years of directly related experience is required


Preferred Qualifications

While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following:

Masters Degree
Experience with aircraft, structural analysis, structural repair, ASIP, and CAD is preferred.
USAF or Navy experience with aircraft is preferred.
Experience with Solidworks is preferred.
Experience with aircraft systems is preferred.


Special Instructions to Applicants

A federal court on December 7, 2021, issued a ruling that suspends the COVID-19 vaccine requirement that applies to federal contractors nationwide.
