Washington State Department of Transportation is very excited to present a great opportunity for two motivated Engineers who have strong leadership skills and exceptional aptitude for managing projects.   The Project Engineering Office located in Bellingham, WA is looking for Team Leaders who will be responsible for leading staff in the design, construction and administration of multiple projects to improve State Highways, as well as preparing contracts for bidding purposes. Day to day tasks include providing quality control, inspection, documentation and authorizing payment for contract work completed in accordance with the specifications. We are looking for well-rounded engineers who enjoy learning and are excited about taking on new challenges.
