We have an immediate need for an Architectural Designer with experience in customer residential single homes to join a well-established Architectural firm in Boulder. CO. Requirements / Responsibilities for this Architectural Designer opportunity includes:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or related field
- 3 to 10 years of design experience (residential, commercial, hospitality experience preferred)
- Excellence in conceptual design and technical detailing
- Ability in other rendering software programs such as V-Ray or Enscape is desirable
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of building codes, standards, building structures, code zoning, and other jurisdictional requirements
Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
