We have an immediate need for a Landscape Architect with experience working in a fast-paced environment to join a well-established Architectural Studio in Syracuse, NY. Requirements / Responsibilities for this Landscape Architect opportunity includes:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture
- 5-10 years relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to desire to lead others through the design and construction documentation and construction administration processes
- Write and present reports, proposals, and municipal review applications
- Preparation of materials for planning approvals/permits as appropriate
- Experience with building codes, materials, and construction techniques
- Sites Certification is a plus
- Proficient with Civil 3D, Rhino, Lumion and/or MicroStation is a plus
- Regional travel to building sites and client meetings
Salary: Commensurate with experience.
