We have an immediate need for a Project Architect with a strong background in high-end retail projects and 3D rendering experience to join a well-established Fashion Boutique with a base in New York City.
Requirements / Responsibilities for this Project Architect opportunity includes:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a similar degree required
- 3+ years of retail, hospitality, or commercial experience
- AutoCAD, Revit, or Rhino proficiency
- Able to create full architectural and interior drawing packages using various programs and present
- Manage and maintain deadlines
- Italian or Spanish language skills a plus
- Minimal travel to sites (around 10%)
- Must be vaccinated or willing to get vaccinated within 60 days of hire
Salary: $45,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
