We have an immediate need for a Project Manager with retail and restaurant experience to join a well-established Construction firm in Sacramento, CA. Requirements / Responsibilities for this Project Manager opportunity includes:
- Bachelor's degree in related field or 2 + years working as a Project Manager in retail and restaurant construction
- Experience with TI and Group-up, open store remodels, and fast track schedule
- Must have a project list!
- Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, design team, and owner to make sure project remains on schedule and budget
- Monitor financial reports to confirm projects are on budget
- Responsible for change orders approve payment from all vendors and subcontractors
- Travel to job sites, local travel
Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary!
