We have an immediate need for an Architectural Project Manager with experience in multi-family design to join a well-established Architectural firm in Glen Allen, VA. Requirements / Responsibilities for this Architectural Project Manager opportunity includes:
- 6 + years of experience as a Project Manager
- Experience with multi-family is a plus
- Knowledge of production and coordination of Construction Documents
- Proficiency with building codes and accessibility codes
- Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch-Up
Salary: $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
