With right combination of people, process, knowledge sharing and technology we provide cutting edge, outsourcing solutions; thereby ensuring significant cost saving in long term. ------------------------------------ Experience: 3 -7 years Salary: As per market standards + Incentives ------------------------------------ Roles & Responsibilities: • End to End recruitment handling • Identifying hiring needs, creating and posting job description. • Sourcing profiles from Job portals, references, database, employee forums and social media platforms. • Conducting interviews and sorting applicants to fill open positions. • Assessing applicant's competency and experience to best suit open position, • Performing background and reference checks. • HR Branding: Promoting reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity. • Assisting in employee engagement activities. ••Proven 3-7 years of work experience as an Engineering Recruiter (Oil & Gas, Construction, Cement, Thermal plants, Power plants etc) ---------------------------------------- Desired profile: ••Comfortable with Work from Office (Baner, Pune) • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent. • Acquisition strategies • Attention to detail and good judgment. ----------------------------------------
