Job Description:


  • Partner with managers/supervisors and employees to support various HR activities and initiatives over 3 shifts
  • Full life recruiting responsibility for direct and indirect operations hiring
  • Deliver new hire onboarding and orientation  
  • Directly manage FMLA cases
  • Present at plant meetings
  • Conduct investigations on employee relations issues; coach and advise managers/supervisors on resolutions
  • Facilitate training programs/lunch and learns
  • Coach and advise managers/supervisors on performance management issues
  • Participate in employee engagement activities


  • A Bachelor Degree in Business is desired. An MBA is a plus.
  • 2+ years relevant HR Generalist experience.
  • Experience in recruiting, staffing, and employee relations.
  • A Working knowledge of employment law, AAP, performance management practices, and employee relations practices.
  • Proficiency with HR systems (HRIS, ATS) with demonstrated proficiency with tools like SuccessFactors, WorkDay, or Taleo, etc.
  • Ability to provide HR leadership, support, innovative Ideas and meet the HR needs of business leaders and employees.
