We are recruiting for a Civil Engineering Project Manager that is responsible for managing efficient and effective coordination of the planning, scoping, design, and direction of civil design projects. Our ideal candidate will be passionate, motivated and have an ardent desire to lead and grow a team of professionals. You'll have the ability to collaborate with our clients and put your problem-solving skills to work using engineering principles, codes, and standards in civil design, including site layout, land development and municipal projects, drainage, grading, erosion control, water, public utilities, and City planning submittals.
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
• Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license in Kansas or Missouri or ability to obtain within 6 months
• 5-12 years of progressive project experience in land development and/or municipal engineering
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office
• Highly organized self-starter with the ability to work independently and coordinate/ follow-up with multiple priorities, while managing time effectively and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work with a high degree of problem solving with little supervision, exercising independent judgment in completion of work, including directing engineering activities to complete project.
