We have an immediate need for a Mechanical Engineer with HVAC and SolidWorks experience to join a well-established manufacturing firm in Bloomington, MN. Requirements / Responsibilities for this Mechanical Engineer opportunity includes:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 5 years experience in mechanical engineering
- Ability to follow ISO procedure and create procedures for processes as required
- Work with the department and cross functional project teams to design products/tools for HVAC technicians
- Work with vendors to ensure accurate component specifications and dimensional requirements are met upon receipt
- Transform initial rough product designs into working production ready documents; using, but not limited to, SolidWorks computer aided design (CAD) tool
- Develop Bill of Materials that will be entered into the business system using ECM Process
- Proficient in SolidWorks 3D CAD
Salary: $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
