We have an immediate need for a Mechanical Project Engineer who has experience with invoicing, purchase orders, answering incoming calls, and managing all communications between project managers, vendors, and subcontractors to join a well-established HVAC Mechanical Contracting firm in Santa Clarita, CA.

Requirements / Responsibilities for this Mechanical Project Engineer opportunity includes:

• 3 years of construction or mechanical experience 
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast pace environment
• Must have document control experience 
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
• Coordinating meetings and documenting the minutes of the meetings
• Gather submittals from subcontractors / vendors and prepare to close out documents for each project
• Assist the project manager in drafting proposals, requests for information, budgets, and preliminary schedules

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!
