Job Duties: Identify and develop new opportunities for expansion across the customer’s business while collaborating with the Sales team to ensure subscription growth and increased solution footprint. Participate in the continuous improvement of Salesforce products by providing critical updates from the field. Learn and keep abreast of Salesforce solutions, positioning, competition, and product suite and internalize Salesforce customer success stories and Customer Success systems and processes. Contribute to architecture improvements, API design reviews, and code reviews with customers, accelerating the adoption of the Anypoint Platform and help them mature the platform using Salesforce’s methodologies. Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering (any), or a related quantitative discipline, and four (4) years of experience in the field of business analysis or systems analysis or four (4) years of experience in the job offered or Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering (any), or a related quantitative discipline, and six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of business analysis or systems analysis or six (6) years of experience in the job offered. Special Skills: (1) Enterprise Application Integration; (2) SOA (Middleware) and API led transformations; (3) Service design and development experience; (4) Gap analysis; (5) Impact Analysis; (6) Microservices; (7) Architecture Assessment; (8) Incident management.
