Our delivery units are the hub of how we keep the UK rail infrastructure the best in Europe. We need an IMDM for our Croydon DU to lead how we maintain and improve this busy section of the network. Managing over 300 diverse staff will be a challenge but you will have a chance to craft how we improve for the future.

Essential
•           Experience in maintenance management, processes and techniques
•           Knowledge of health and safety management and compliance management processes
•           Knowledge of business management processes and techniques
•           Knowledge of operational railway environment
•           Knowledge of other functional subject areas
•           Knowledge of CDM Regulations
•           Knowledge of investigation processes and techniques
•           Designated Competent Person (DCP)
•           Customer focused.
•           Good interpersonal, influencing, communication and organisation skills
