We have an immediate need for a Construction Project Manager who has experience overseeing the new construction of commercial or multi-family projects from groundbreaking to turnkey to join a well-established general contractor in Richmond, VA. Requirements/ Responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager opportunity includes:
- 5 years experience with a general contractor
- Able to work multiple locations
- Oversee project during all phases of construction
- Multi-family housing or commercial experience required
- Relocation available
Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience
