Are you a Project Manager with strong experience in large scale landscape projects? Are you looking to join a leading Commercial Landscape Contractor with a footprint across the Greater Puget Sound Area?


We have an immediate need for a Project Manager who has experience with Commercial Landscape Projects to join a well-established Landscape Contractor in Seattle, Washington.
 

Requirements / Responsibilities for this Landscape Project Manager position include:

* Minimum 5 years of experience in the landscape industry / 2 years of experience directly managing landscape construction projects
* Exposure to over structure projects is a big plus
* Experience with Excel and digital take-off software
* Comprehensive knowledge of all phases of Landscape Installations and Management is required.
* Position entails reviewing contract documents, and internal estimating documents, contract schedules, and crew schedules
* Monitoring and managing installation crews and maintaining budgets and schedules
* Creating detailed Change Order Proposals and procuring materials/subcontractors.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
