We are seeking an experienced and versatile App Developer to develop creative and diagnostic tools on iOS and Mac platforms, ensuring we scale to meet our rapid business growth. As a Senior App Developer, you consider yourself a full-stack MacOS, iOS & iPad OS developer and are passionate about the user experience and developing innovative solutions using modern development frameworks and paradigms.

What You’ll Do:

• Contributes in the customization and addition of new features to commercial software packages and internally developed applications according to end user requests
• Experienced in designing and building new applications based on requirements and specifications
• Writes and performs tests for applications, fixes problems as they arise, and assists with product launches
• Uses best development practices regarding version control and testing
• Assists with managing customer relationships including scoping of application services and review of deliverables

Who You Are:

• Understand and implement software development/engineering lifecycle concepts to drive features from conception to delivery
• Self-driven and a problem solver, with a strong background in building mid-to-large scale applications
• You are execution focused and developed a reputation for repeatedly delivering projects on-time.
• You will design, develop and deploy full-stack and scalable native applications, being part of everything from contributing to web technology and framework stack, to use case and data model
• You will design drive architecture discussions, take ownership and responsibility over new projects, and deliver high quality software with a tight timeline

What You’ll Need:

• Mastery in macOS, iOS, iPadOS development and are fluent in Swift and/or Objective-C
• You are passionate about the Mac and iOS platforms and value the importance of a great user experience
• Experience in rapid prototyping/proof of concepts
• Experience integrating and interfacing with third party hardware systems
• Experience with real-time data systems, including synchronous and asynchronous data exchange
• You have strong design and architecture skills
• You are familiar with unit and functional testing methodologies
• You have a history of collaboration and success in small, high-velocity teams
• You have excellent problem solving and debugging skills
• You have excellent attention to detail

• Experience with SceneKit/Metal
• Background in digital signal processing
• Experience with networking protocols, best practices, data encryption
