We are seeking an experienced and versatile Front-End Developer to be responsible for the visual experience for our web, app, and service interfaces.

What You’ll Do:

• Create, grow, and maintain Spatial's browser-based control interface that enables users to configure and manage their audio experience
• Own and expand all of Spatial's cross-platform browser-related software components from local servers to AWS, as well as mobile, Mac, and PC clients
• Be our resident expert in all things web browser and -server
• Collaborate with engineering leads and product management, as well as our UX/UI experts, to shape the look and feel of Spatial audio for our customers
• Work with our AWS developers to collect as well as present status and statistical information about our deployments
• Help creating our web presence as well as our immersive soundscape store

Who You Are:

• You have an eye for detail and are passionate about programming from scratch using modern development frameworks and technologies
• You are self-driven and a problem solver, with a strong background in building mid to large scale applications
• You are execution-focused and deliver projects on-time
• You have experience with real-time data systems, including synchronous and asynchronous data exchange

What You’ll Need:

• 4+ years professional experience designing, developing & deploying commercial, scalable, and secure web applications and services
• Proficiency using modern web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and Javascript
• Proficiency with modern Web UI frameworks such as React.js or Angular
• Clear understanding and emphasis on customer-centered usability and design
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Experience with MVC design patterns
• Experience with REST API design & development
• Experience with payment platforms like Stripe, Shopify, Zuora a plus
• High-level written and verbal English communication in both general and technology-specific applications
