We have an immediate need for a CEO who has experience with Executive Level roles in the HVAC Industry to join a well-established HVAC Contractor in St. Louis, Missouri.


Requirements / Responsibilities for this CEO opportunity includes:
* General knowledge of inventory management principles and procedures, including procurement, storage, forecasting, and handling dead inventory.
* Minimum of ten (10) years, verifiable full-time management experience in the HVAC industry.
* Extensive knowledge of residential / commercial HVAC (and/or plumbing, refrigeration, electrical contracting) methods, codes, practices & systems.
* The ability to use computer-based spreadsheets and word processing programs (MS Word/Excel) is required.
* Educational background in Business (BSBA/BBA) or equivalent experience is preferred.
* This person will lead investment strategy, due diligence, and assessment of potential acquisition opportunities.
* Oversee the operational aspects of all acquired business


Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
