We have an immediate need for a Structural Engineering Manager with current registration in the state of California, building design, and management experience to join an established engineering firm in Mission Viejo, CA.


Your main focus would be overseeing the operations of the internal structural engineering department. You would be responsible for leading, overseeing, and mentoring a team of 10-20 staff members to ensure projects are completed and that staff is working efficiently.


Requirements / Responsibilities for this Structural Engineering Manager opportunity includes:

* Licensed Structural Engineer (SE) highly preferred, open to Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) candidates
* 10+ years of structural engineering and building design experience
* 5+ years of strong team and project management experience
* Proven ability to perform structural engineering calculations
* Project background to include commercial, educational, and/or residential


Salary: $120,000 - $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401k with matching, paid holidays, a generous PTO package, discretionary bonuses, and more!
