We have an immediate need for a skilled Construction Manager with experience managing retail restaurant projects to join a growing investment and development firm in Pasadena, California. This is a work-from-home position with about 25% of the time being spent traveling to sites throughout California.
Requirements / Responsibilities for this Construction Manager opportunity includes:
- 5+ years of construction project management experience
- Background in new construction, renovations, and remodels
- Project experience to encompass a retail, restaurant, or commercial plazas
- Must have experience with vendor and client management
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits include high employer contribution towards health insurance, generous PTO, travel reimbursement. 75% work from home, 25% travel.
