We have an immediate need for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join a high-end, design / build general contractor in New York City. Requirements / Responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager opportunity includes:
- 10 years experience managing High-End Residential and/or Hospitality Renovations
- Must have a solid understanding of AIA Contracts
- Proficiency in building construction schedules
- Familiar with Construction Management Software Systems.
Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position.
