We have an immediate need for a Project Architect with experience working on residential and commercial projects to join a flourishing Architectural firm in Cincinnati, OH. Requirements / Responsibilities of this Project Architect opportunity includes:
- 8-10 years relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture; working towards licensure preferred
- Proficient in Revit
- Previous experience working on various project types
- Capable of projects coordinating with Clients, Engineers, and Architects
- Working knowledge of Cincinnati permit and zoning process
- Working knowledge of LEED / Sustainable Building practices
- Sketchup is a plus
- Experience working in Botanical Gardens, Theme Parks, or Themed Environments is a plus
Salary: open commensurate with experience
