Description
The Senior Program Analyst must have DoD or MDA Program Office experience. This Senior Program Analyst must provide support and coordination in accordance with the standard Systems Engineering Lifecycle of a program.
 
Skills
  • Apply critical thinking analytical skills to identify the problem, determine courses of action, develop paths ahead for task completion.
  • Support Systems Engineering Milestone Reviews, boards and working level meetings.
  • Experience / expertise in: Project Management; MDA mission & organizations; coordination across diverse teams.
  • Assist in the development of Executive Level briefings, briefings, papers, and other correspondence (for General Officer, SES, or company President // Senior-VP).
  • Systems Engineering, "Technical" Milestone Reviews; Review/Comment Objective Evidence for Milestone Reviews.
 
Requirements
  • Active Secret-level security clearance or higher.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience required for mid-level position
  • Minimum of 12 years’ experience required for senior-level position.
  • MDA or DoD experience required.
 
Travel
Contractors may expect to travel 15% to 30% of the time to various locations to include manufacturing sites, integration sites, and test sites. Locations may be within the continental United States (CONUS) or outside the continental United States (OCONUS). In addition, travel within the local area or base of assignment to attend meetings, conferences, seminars, or perform work shall be considered a cost of doing business and shall not be separately reimbursed as a travel expense. Local area travel is defined as a 50 miles radius around the duty location or designated place of performance. Travel outside a 50 miles radius is considered ‘non-Local’ travel and mileage is reimbursable.
 
Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 7 years' experience required.
