The State Construction Office within the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is looking for a strategic-minded construction engineering professional to become the Lead Construction Engineer for Administration.  The Lead Construction Engineer oversees a dynamic group of technical teams in the State Construction Office including the Design Build Program, Contract Documentation, the Specifications Engineer, e-Construction, and the Contract Advertisement and Award team.  This position also oversees the development and maintenance of construction engineering policy and contract specifications to support the department’s strategic goals and maintain WSDOT’s reputation with its external partners.
