Requirements / Responsibilities for this Survey Mapping Technician opportunity includes:
 

• Knowledge of map and document research within Southern California
• Ability to with calculating and analyze record maps, deeds, and easements
• Experienced in creating final tract/parcel maps, legal descriptions, and plats, a record of surveys, land title surveys (A.L.T.A./A.C.S.M.), topographic survey mapping, and as-built exhibits utilizing
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D software
•  

Salary: $55,000 - $75,000+ per year, commensurate with experience.
