We have an immediate need for a Construction Project Manager who has experience with large-scale commercial, retail, and residential projects to join a well-established general contractor in Newark, New Jersey. Requirements / Responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager opportunity includes:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Construction Projects
- 4-year degree in construction management /engineering is a plus but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Procore required
- Coordinate with local utility companies and clients
- Assist in the selection of subcontractors and suppliers and coordinate / delegate work
- Prepare detailed project budgets, cost estimates, schedules, and timelines.
Salary: $70,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
