We have an immediate need for a Traveling Superintendent with previous experience in healthcare, senior living, or occupied space renovation projects to join a rapidly growing general contractor based in the greater Boston area. Requirements / Responsibilities for this Traveling Superintendent opportunity includes:
- Previous experience in a traveling role preferred
- Desire to work with a general contractor full-time, permanent
- Previous experience in healthcare, hospitality, multi-family, or higher education preferred
- Previous experience in new construction and renovations
- Knowledge in HVAC and MEP systems
- Capable of building rapport with clients
Salary: $75,000 - $115,000 per year, or commensurate on experience.
