We are in immediate need of an Interior Architect who specializes in multi-family, government, and corporate projects to join an architectural firm in Washington D.C.

Our need is for someone with a Bachelor’s in Interior Architecture, with or without a license, to join our team and boost our production. This role will require strong Revit skills to create schematic designs, design development, construction documentation, and drawings. Experience with space planning, testing, permitting, construction administration is also needed. If you have a passion for interior architecture / design, this is the role for you!

Requirements / Responsibilities for this Interior Designer opportunity includes:

• 5+ years experience in interior design / architecture.
• A professional degree in interior design / architecture (preferred, not required)
• Must have multi-family project experience
• Strong Revit skills are required as this is a production role
• Must have a portfolio or project list to be considered for the role

Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 per year, or commensurate on experience.
