General Manager 

Position Summary:
To oversee all activities involved in PRO Service Center ’s operations. Operate a profitable facility to meet or exceed plan. Maintain an overall high employee & customer service level while meeting all quality and ESH requirements

Essential Responsibilities:
Grow the business by developing and implementing strategic plans. Responsible for financial performance of operations.
Review and approve estimation preparation and quotations prior to submission.
Development and implementation operational initiatives.
Responsible to manage the facility quality plan and procedures to ensure compliance with the company’s directives and Customer satisfaction every time.
Responsible for customers’ satisfaction, and On-Time Performance.
Effectively manage all corporate assets entrusted to facility.
Manage Employee Relations issues including performance plans, training and development.
Manage all environmental, health and safety issues.
Assist in the aftermarket with internal sales team and potential cliental.

This position requires visibility to controlled documents
Position Requirements
Education:  Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Science, or Industrial Management, or Business Administration is preferred.  Associates degree in a related discipline is required.

Experience:  5+ years’ experience in a Manufacturing Management, overseeing aftermarket production/repair/test of high spec, engineered to order valves, pumps, mixers, compressors or similar equipment; Demonstrated experience and direct responsibility for the accountability of a $2M-$5M P&L is required; 2-5 years direct supervision of shop personnel required.
