*Project Manager needed for Retail customer construction projects related to refrigeration installs at client locations. Candidate shall be experienced in the construction trades. Experience with refrigeration is a must. Candidate shall be able to use Microsoft Office applications, Adobe software products and be computer literate. Experience with CAD software is a plus.

*Candidate will be assisting owners and with all aspects of project and field staff preparation. Candidate should be familiar with reading drawings, working with site surveys, and install pictures and final paperwork. Candidate will take site surveys, solicit the architect and customer for Plans production, and work with customer GC's and Electricians as well as our Electricians to ensure the jobsite is ready for the install crews. Candidate will also work with code compliance specialist on solicitations, permitting and inspections, and speaking with inspectors as needed. Experience with maintaining inventory would be a bonus.

*Compensation is commensurate with experience and any recommendations you are able to provide to us. Our company will provide all the computer/smart phones necessary to work the tasks as described. Work shall take place at our location in Avon Lake OH and may require infrequent travel trips to observe operations in the field. Candidate will need to be familiar with Building Department operations in 4 Midwestern states and will be trained for the job and its metrics. Job is yearlong and crews currently average 20 to 30 projects per month. This position will require you to be available when the crews are working, some weeks may be 7 days a week.
