Position Summary ( Louisville, KY, or remote)

Oversee and manage activities associated with the design and supply of industrial equipment and system projects. Activities include planning, scheduling, coordination of resources, budget monitoring, project accounting, procurement, and Customer interface.
This position will require knowledge and expertise in Industrial Solutions 
 - industrial air pollution control technologies such as oxidizers, scrubbers, cyclones, baghouse dust collectors, fume exhaust, modular duct, and industrial ventilation systems and custom sheet metal

Principle Duties:
• Review contracts to ensure compliance and protect company interests.
• Gather all project related documents including proposals, Customer requirements, equipment selection information, and in-house specifications.
• Assemble project team for review and coordination of project requirements
. • Develop and adjust project schedules based on contract requirements and project progress.
• Serve as single point of project contact for external and internal Customers.
• Disseminate all project related information to appropriate team members.
• Coordinate release of all project deliverables.
• Manage execution of all project scope changes.
• Monitor the project budget and provide feedback to appropriate personnel for excessive variations.
• Prepare requisitions for all purchased items and services.
• Prepare all project reports for external and internal Customers including monthly percent complete reports for accounting.

Job Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical training.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience in an original equipment design and manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Project, and D365 ERP.
• Knowledge of typical contract terms and conditions.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents (specifications, data sheets, etc.).
• Experience coordinating multiple resources in a team environment. • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Ability to plan and manage multiple projects.
• Good client management and goodwill building skills.
• Effective time management and logical decision-making ability; capacity to handle pressure.
• Experience with industrial equipment engineering, design, and fabrication a plus.
