Requirements / Responsibilities for this Lead Solar Installer opportunity includes:
 

• 2+ years experience assisting the mechanical portions of residential or commercial solar installation
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Ability to guide, coordinate and oversee 2 to 3 fellow installers.
• Ability to identify and resolve any deficiencies in the photovoltaic (PV) system electrical circuit.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Energy Solar Battery Backup & EV Charging station installation experience a PLUS!

Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per year, plus bonuses, commensurate with experience.
