Are you a Field Crew Supervisor or Superintendent specializing in residential interior construction? Do you install windows, doors, and perform interior remodeling? Our client is a well-established residential construction contractor specializing in interior renovations and windows and door installation.
 

Requirements / Responsibilities for this Field Superintendent includes:
 

• Must have at least 7 years of professional experience in residential construction – focused on interiors, windows, doors for high-end homes.
• Experience as a field crew supervisor, foreman, or superintendent is required. Preferably at least 3 years of proven supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of and experience with full interior remodels is a big plus – gutting the home and installing new, high-end cabinets, trim, lighting, flooring, etc.
• Interior commercial, multifamily, or hospitality construction experience is a plus.
• Must be bi-lingual and able to communicate effectively in verbal English and Spanish.

Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year,  or commensurate with experience.
