We have an immediate need for an Architect Project Manager who specializes in multi-family, educational, and hospitality projects to join a well-established architectural firm in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will be leading a small team of 2-3 jr. architects and designers and working directly with clients to see projects from concept to construction. No license is required but is a huge plus.
Requirements / Responsibilities for this Architect Project Manager opportunity includes:
- 10+ years’ experience
- Bachelor or Master of Architecture
- Strong Revit proficiency
- Must be vaccinated
- Ability to lead, mentor, and train junior staff
- Experience in the construction phase of projects
This is a full time direct hire opportunity offering competitive pay and benefits.
Salary $80,000 -$110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits: 401k with 3% company contribution with or without employee match, healthcare 80% for an employee with HSA, company continues $1200/year, 3 weeks PTO, bonus potential, and free use of the
gym in the building.
