We specialize in mid and high-rise T.I. and ground-up projects in the life science, healthcare, higher education, and tech industries. The ideal candidate can independently manage multiple projects ranging from $10 million to $100+ million in budget. In this role, you will be representing the owners and making sure that all project budgets, schedules, and timelines are met. This is a fast-paced role, needing someone with high energy and motivation to succeed.

Requirements / Responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager opportunity includes:
 

• 10+ years experience managing high end, mid/high rise TI and new construction projects, working directly with owners.
• Strong leadership and the mentoring ability for project managers and Jr. project managers.
• High energy
• Strong communication skills
• Existing contacts in relevant markets are a big plus
• Motivation to grow with the company
• Bachelor’s or higher in construction management, engineering, or architecture.

This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity, offering competitive pay and benefits, as well as relocation assistance for the right candidates.

Salary: $170,000 + per year, commensurate on experience. Benefits include: healthcare, company-matched 401k, PTO, sign-on bonus, end you a performance-based bonus, and mileage and lunch covered when meeting with clients.
