We have an immediate opening for a Director of Construction with a well-established property management group with experience renovating / rehabbing single-family and multi-family homes in Chicago, IL. Requirements / Responsibilities for this Director of Construction opportunity includes:
- 5+ years experience in construction management
- Capable of recruiting and building up construction department
- Ability to prepare budgets and schedules
- Recruit, hire, retain employees and subcontractors
- Quote and oversee all apartment turnovers for a 1600+ rental unit portfolio
- Previous experience working with low – mid-income properties
Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate on experience
