Salesforce.com seeks a Systems Specialist II at our San Francisco, CA office located at 415 Mission Street, 94105. Duties:  Help administer, configure and support enterprise applications aligned to a business unit or platform. Review and diagnose issues and take corrective action which may include coordinating with appropriate peer teams and escalating where necessary. Communicate and escalate product bugs and enhancement requests that need focused attention by the development team. Partner with development scrum teams to implement new functionality via Agile based processes; activities include service planning, configuration, operational readiness assessments, runlist reviews and code deployments. Monitor all aspects of system configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications related to ongoing releases. Implement monitoring services to proactively identify issues. Maintain updated system documentation and Salesforce policies/procedures. Complete tasks and projects in a fast-paced support environment, driving all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution. Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and three (3) years of experience in the field of systems analysis or business analysis or three (3) years of experience in the job offered OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of systems analysis or business analysis or five (5) years of experience in the job offered. Required Skills: (1) Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); (2) force.com; (3) Eclipse IDE; (4) Apex Data loader; (5) Workbench; (6) Javascript; (7) HTML; (8) XML; (9) Dataloader.io; (10) Oracle.
