My client is a growing Global Consumer Products company looking for a great engineering leader. Want proof they’re growing? Enough about us for a moment. This role drives strategic capital planning and major improvement initiatives, and we’d also like you to have experience executing optimization of assets and maybe even stamping engineering drawings. There are plants being constructed all over the US and you will become the go-to resource to help drive these initiatives. Experience with Mechanical, Facilities, Buildings/Grounds, design, process development, capital expansion/installation are all helpful. You will bring expertise and seek the necessary support for these initiatives for the organization.

Plants in the US will be served from your Phoenix, AZ office. You’ll get to travel to the other sites on occasion and have frequent interaction with the entire Corporate Leadership team.
