We have an immediate need for a Senior Architectural Project Manager who has experience in residential architecture and construction document creation to join a firm in Denver, CO. Requirements / Responsibilities for this Architectural Project Manager opportunity includes:
- 5+ years in residential architecture.
- Must have a Bachelor's degree or Masters's in Architecture.
- Registered Architect license is a plus but should be working towards obtaining it.
- Must provide a portfolio to be considered.
- Proficiency in drafting and familiarity with design software. Revit and Adobe Suite proficiency is a must.
- The ability to work directly with clients and homeowners.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
