Requirements / Responsibilities for this Assistant Project Manager opportunity includes:
 

• Managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Assist the Project Manager in preconstruction from schematic design through construction documents
• Independently work with partners and clients
• Create and negotiate subcontracts
• Manage subcontractors, subcontractor billings, material suppliers, and change orders
• Knowledge of current unit pricing for all divisions
• Previous completion of 5+ projects with project sizes of $3.5 million or higher in contract amount
• 3-5+ years of construction management experience
• Knowledge of construction industry processes

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
