Acoustics and Audiovisual Consultant (New York, NY): Advise clients on civil engineering solutions related to room design, building design, specialty equipment noise control, environmental noise control, vibration control, and urban soundscape design. Perform calculations, modeling, and simulations to analyze case studies and review technical literature. Design custom technology systems for performance venues, including conferencing spaces, cinema spaces, public lobbies, outdoor installations, and mixed-use spaces to meet end user requirements. Liaise with users and clients to determine needs, system component design, technology capability, and benchmark research. Design installations integrated in the built environment to serve specific needs from owners or end users, including digital art pieces, data-driven signage or artwork, immersive audiovisual pieces, generative pieces, branding activations, and immersive art displays. Develop civil engineering solutions for the improvement of workflows, including auralizations, automation, 3d modeling and rendering, data collection and analysis, and browser-based deliverables and experiences.
