Technical Curriculum Developers work closely with our engineering, multimedia, graphical services and web-software development teams to develop training systems that include interactive eLearning and hands-on simulators.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop interactive technical curriculum content that covers a broad spectrum of technologies.
  • Collaborate with engineering equipment development and publication teams to create learning systems.
  • Research concepts and new topic areas as new projects are added – and we have a lot of projects!

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in an engineering field related to Electrical, Automation, Logistics, or Process Control
  • Excellent knowledge of technical specialty area
  • Live in or near Louisville Metro area
  • US work authorization
  • Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of industrial networking
  • Strong computer skills in area of expertise including spreadsheets and word processing
