We have an immediate need for a well-qualified Construction Project Executive to join a general contractor in San Francisco, California.

Are you a seasoned Construction Project Management Professional or Project Executive with extensive experience in tenant improvements for general contractors on high-end, high-dollar commercial construction? Do you have any experience with specialty, healthcare, or life-science-related construction?

Requirements / Responsibilities for this Construction Project Executive opportunity includes:

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Business or related field is desired.
Must have at least 10 years of successful construction management experience on tenant improvement projects ranging from $5 Million to $150 Million in value.
Will be responsible for oversight of a diverse team of professionals working on various assignments, while reporting to the Director of Construction.
Act as primary mentor and resource to team members and provide mentorship to continually improve upon staff performance and best practices.
Will participate in the preconstruction management process, project budget forecasting, and risk assessment.
The ability to build client relationships and maintain existing relationships is preferred. Candidates with well-established relationships with Bay Area clients are desired.
Strong customer service acumen is required!
Must be proficient in MS Office software, including Word, Excel, Outlook; experience with other common project management and estimating tools is desired.

Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position.

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
