Description
The candidate will support end-to-end system performance analyses, component performance analysis, and work with multiple analysis teams in support of BMDS modeling and simulation (M&S). A strong understanding of software development processes and standards is critical.
 
Requirements
·         Active Secret-level security clearance or higher
·         Support agile software development cycle as a member or leader of scrum teams, either teaming or working independently
·         Design, develop, manage, integrate, and test hardware-in-the-loop models and simulations of the tactical system 
·         Support the installation, configuration, compilation, and execution of digital simulations
·         Models and Simulation (M&S) development, integration, and event support, including technical management support
·         JAVA (Highly Desired), C++, Python with documented experience developing, testing, and trouble-shooting M&S software
·         Previous GMD, MDA or DoD experience with Modeling and Simulation is Highly Desired.
 
Travel
Contractors may expect to travel 15% to 30% of the time to various locations to include manufacturing sites, integration sites, and test sites. Locations may be within the continental United States (CONUS) or outside the continental United States (OCONUS). In addition, travel within the local area or base of assignment to attend meetings, conferences, seminars, or perform work shall be considered a cost of doing business and shall not be separately reimbursed as a travel expense. Local area travel is defined as a 50 miles radius around the duty location or designated place of performance. Travel outside a 50 miles radius is considered ‘non-Local’ travel and mileage is reimbursable.
 
Education
·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred. Must be from an ABET-accredited institution. 
·         Junior level - 4 to 10 years’ experience
