Our client is seeking a Director of Platform & Infrastructure to play a critical role in helping to advance the development and production infrastructure, lead the operations team to facilitate their DevOps process, including deployment, monitoring, and overall infrastructure management.  We are looking for the type of person that takes pride in creating experiences with the customer firmly at the center of the world.

Your qualifications should include:

• BSCS/EE or MSCS/EE
• 8+ years of engineering management experience in building and scaling infrastructure teams and operating large-scale cloud infrastructures
• Demonstrated track record managing and scaling teams with an established ability to hire and coach people at multiple levels
• Experience managing multiple teams within the infrastructure - Site Reliability, Platform, and Cloud Operations
• The ability to synthesize many inputs and develop a crisp infrastructure roadmap
• Great energy and passion – must be comfortable in a rapidly changing dynamic environment
• Excellent communicator and collaborator
