We have an immediate need for a Project Manager who has experience with commercial, multi-family, and/or hospitality projects to join a well-established construction firm in Myrtle Beach, SC. Are you a Project Manager looking to join one of the premier building contractors in the Carolinas?
Requirements / Responsibilities for this Project Manager opportunity includes:
- Experience with commercial, multi-family, or hospitality projects preferred
- 5 years of experience with Project Management
- 4 year degree in construction, engineering, or management preferred
- Areas of responsibility include: quality control, procurement, subcontractor/supplier negotiation, invoicing, scheduling, cost control, safety, and team relationship
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
